1. Services Provided

High End Car Service LAX offers luxury transportation services, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Airport transfers to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
  • Private car services for both business and leisure travel.
  • Hourly chauffeured services and transportation for special events.
  • Long-distance and point-to-point transfers.

2. Reservations and Bookings

a) Booking Confirmation

All reservations made through our website, telephone, or electronic mail are subject to confirmation. A valid credit card is necessary to secure your reservation. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email containing the booking details.

b) Reservation Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Last-minute changes will be contingent upon availability and may incur additional charges.

c) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations following the dispatch of the driver will incur a full fare charge.

3. Pricing and Payment

a) Rates and Estimates

Pricing is determined by various factors including vehicle type, distance, time, and type of service. Estimated fares provided through our website or by telephone are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic conditions, or alterations in route.

b) Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized payment methods.

c) Additional Charges

Waiting time fees will apply following a grace period of 15 minutes for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups. Tolls, parking fees, and additional stops may incur extra charges. Cleaning fees may also be imposed for excessive spills, stains, or damage to the vehicle.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

a) Conduct and Behavior

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly forbidden. Any damage incurred to the vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of that passenger.

b) Luggage and Personal Items

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We bear no liability for any loss or damage to items left within the vehicle. Oversized luggage or special items must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure the provision of an appropriate vehicle.

5. Limitation of Liability

a) Service Interruptions

While we will make every effort to provide timely and reliable service, we shall not be liable for delays resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or mechanical malfunctions.

b) Indirect Damages

High End Car Service LAX shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, labor strikes, or unforeseen technical difficulties.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We highly value your privacy. By utilizing our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any reservation if a passenger violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
